Workers report routine use of AI for drafting documents, analyzing information, coding, and scenario modeling, with growing demand for structured training and integrated workflows rather than ad‑hoc experimentation.

Smaller language models and on-device AI enable organizations to deploy private, task-specific systems for confidential work such as legal review or medical note summarization.
